Account info for parents and Operators (name, email, phone). Registration details submitted for an athlete (name, grade, position, emergency contact, and any custom fields an Operator adds). Waiver signatures, including signer identity, timestamp, and IP address. Payment is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
Event registrations commonly include information about a minor athlete, submitted by their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect this information directly from children — it comes from the registering adult. This data is used only to operate the registered event (roster, check-in, emergency contact) and is visible to the Operator running that event.
To run registrations, process payments, generate rosters, send confirmation/reminder emails, and — where an Operator has entered a custom fee arrangement — to calculate platform fees. We do not sell personal information.
The Operator of an event you register for sees your registration, waiver signature, and payment status for that event. Stripe processes payment and receives what's needed to do so. We use Resend to deliver transactional email. We don't share data with other Operators or third parties beyond what's needed to run the platform.
Waiver signatures are kept as an append-only audit record and are not deleted, even if a registration is later cancelled. Other account and registration data is retained while your account is active. [Retention period / deletion policy to confirm.]
